Yes, you can. If you look next to the head rest in the back seats theres a plastic knob that you pull UP. On each side, the plastic pull up knob button is on the side closest to the window. This disengages the latch that holds the seat in place. The seats simply fold down to lay on top of the sitting surface of the back seat.

More than likely there is an access panel either under the rear seat or behind the rear seat in the trunk that you remove to gain access to the fuel pump. If there is no access panel you will have to drop the fuel tank.
