Yes... I have a 2003 MDX with 200K on her. With the gas prices the way they are I burn Mid grade in it. If I'm going on a long trip Ill burn High Octane. I've been doing that for the last 100K and no problems. I will say you do loose some performance but I still can go fast enough for a ticket.. Hope that helps and Good driving.. Roy
