Remove the wire harness from the back of the alternator, then remove bolts holding the alternator on and the belt. Job takes about 30 - 45 minutes in and out. One catch you need to people to pull out the old and put in the new one. One to wrestle the Alt. and one to pull the engine forward about a half inch or so. It will move this far I have done it.
