To change a tire on a G35, first ensure the vehicle is on a flat surface and engage the parking brake. Use a lug wrench to loosen the lug nuts slightly, then lift the car with a jack until the tire is off the ground. Remove the lug nuts completely and take off the flat tire. Replace it with the spare tire, hand-tighten the lug nuts, lower the car, and then fully tighten the lug nuts in a crisscross pattern for even pressure.

I had a similar problem on my 2006 G35. All I had to do was check the tire pressure on all wheels and fill them back up to spec; the light went off by itself.
Changing brake pads is a simple task to maintain the car. Lift the car, remove the tire, brake shoe and the old brake pad, put in the new brake pad, replace the brake shoe, tire and lower the car.
Fill tires to 30 pds.
