The drive belt on the alternator of a 94 Toyota Corolla won't turn if the bearing has seized. The alternator will need to be replaced.
96 and 97 Corolla and Prizm are the same, but, they have an extra crankshaft sensor, that the 93, 94, and 95 does not have,
Most likely it will be a cable speedometer...I don't own a 94 350 so I can't say for SURE, but I do own a 2003 Big Bear 400 and it's a cable speedometer.

If you have a electrical speedo you don't have a cable. Change the speed sensor in the trans.
If you do not see a drain plug, then the pan must be removed.
It should. The Prizm uses a Toyota engine. 4AFE for the 1.6L 7AFE for the 1.8L
