It might because antifreeze is at least 50% water, and it's well known water is not compressible. If you have sufficient amount of water in tank, it will end up in the combustion chambers and during one of cycle you can bust your pistons, or rods or everything together.
That's not so. Petrol (or gasoline) and diesel fuel are not compressible either, as they too are liquids. All that would happen is that the antifreeze would descend to the bottom of the tank and be drawn up by the fuel pump. It would not pass through a carburettor except perhaps as a few droplets because it would not evaporate. An injected engine would pass the same quantity of fluid into the cylinder as normal, but because a water / antifreeze mix will not ignite the engine would simply refuse to start - or if it did, would soon splutter to a halt.
