The A/C drain hose is clogged, allowing the A/C Evaporator case to fill with water from condensation. This water then drips inside your car on the passenger floor. Somewhere just below the Suction and Liquid Lines you will see a small black hose coming through the firewall and pointing down. This is the A/C drain hose. Take a piece of wire and clear it allowing the water to drain out.

How do you locate the air conditioner drain pan in a Toyota Highlander?

To locate the air conditioner drain pan in a Toyota Highlander, first, open the hood and look for the air conditioning unit, which is typically near the firewall on the passenger side. The drain pan is usually located underneath the evaporator, where condensation collects. You may need to remove some covers or components to access it properly. Check for a rubber drain tube that extends from the drain pan, as this is where the condensate typically drains out.
