There is a 12 volt female accessory port (or two depending on year/model). My '04 Solara has two, one in the center dash and another in the center console storage area. You can use either one for a cigarette lighter. You can purchase the lighter at any auto supply store.
One little rub, on the '04 and later (not sure about the gen I Solara) there's no ashtray. You could use the cup-holder (drop in a cup). It'd be a lot less hassle just to stop smoking. ;)
