I have bought one maruty alto car on 10.11.2011.
The complaint is that whenever the car is idle for atleast 2 days, the battery is get down and the car will not start..When it appeared 01 month before, your service cente at Ernakulam-Elamakkara(Cochin Kerala), put the battery under observation and they refused to change the battery claiming that they have cleaned the defective cell area of cells in the battery.Still the defect has appeared again on 24.03.2012.The car is not get started nor the power window is working.I wish to draw your kind attention that the entire mechanism in the car especially..powerwindow,CD player, central lock..etc were all done thru maruthy only.No 3rd party fittings can be seen in the car.In spite of having putting the trust on Maruthy,i belive that i have been totally cheated by Maruthy. Please note at my neighbour hood SPARK is lying idle for last 3 months without any HICCUPS.
Please rush with ur suggestion and remedies before pressing me to go for negative advertisemet. You may please note i am a media related person.I am well aware of the tools also.I am not intimidating...but seeking for a eternal solution.I deserve the same since i had put my trust with Maruthy
Your earliest action shall be highly appreciated.

Today I found out e-mail for compliant cell pro_scp@yahoo.com , Fax 051-9201001 , Telephone 051 9204184 but another e-mail nsihd@maj.pk was found . For Supreme Court e-mail : mail@supremecourt.gov.pk and fax051-9213452 was given. Someone who was sucessful in sending his compliant might answer
You can post a complaint to a district magistrate email however it is not advised. The best way to file a complaint is to initiate a formal complaint through certified mail.
It depends on what form the complaint is in. Call the Clerk of The Court's office of the issuing court and ask.
If you have a complaint, you must write an actual letter and send it by mail.
I don no where to use complain and complaint..... If anybody knows the answer for this question please mail me to my email address... lordsgift2001@gmail.com
Yes. You can mail your cell phone in for repair. It really does depend on what brand of cell phone it is and if the company is willing to accept cell phone repair by mail.
Start with your local Postmaster.
If the law and procedures of the court allow it, yes. If in doubt call the Clerk of The Court in the jurisdiction in which the complaint was filed.
