Are they new belts or old belts. If the belts are new they may need to be tightned or a belt tensioner may need to be replaced. If all are new and tight there may be a part that is failing and is sliping cause it very hard for the belts to trun it.

Very carefully
A loose or glazed "fan belt" is a very common cause of squealing. A quieter squeal is produced by brake linings that are almost worn through.
Sounds like a loose or worn belt, alternator or fan tends to do that when they get worn or loose.
on a 2003 Honda si the fan motor blows shen removed from car. there is 12 volts to fan . fan will not run when plugged into car. does fan sw have anything to do with this
No. The condenser fan is for the A/C(right side). The radiator fan is on the left.
Mounted right next to the radiator.
Check the fuse and the wiring.
