H23 typically refers to a specific engine code used by Honda. It is commonly associated with engines used in Honda vehicles.

Yes
Non vtec 160 vtec sir 216
it depends on the model, if its just the s model it has a H22, a 2.2l SOHC, but the si model has the H23, the 2.3l DOHC, however the h22 is vtec while the h23 isnt, if you are looking at a stock lude anyways.
5.89 = 5 and 89 over 100. Hope I helped! ~ WonX ~
There are two types of H23... the h23a is the jdm model of the non-vtec h23, there is also the usdm version also known as the h23a1... anything with digit on engine code is usdm... But it would be absolete to only mention those two. In Japan there is also a h23a which can be known as "blue top" or H23 vtec. Came from the SiR accord in japan.
Fuel relay under the dash.
It is located on the top radiator line where it connects to the block. There should be 2 bolts that secure it to the block.
Yes, it will fit with some minor modification. Other popular swaps are the h22a1, h22a4, h22a and h23.
i assume you question is can u have a vtec engine with out changing the original engine... simple. the answer is no... u want vtec, you have to get the whole engine. other wise you can modify you standard one with cams, pod, headers puter etc etc... good luck yes you can make a h23 prelude a vtec you just need the h22 heads along with ecu cause h23 ecu dosent support vtec, also theres a plug you got to pop out on the top of the h23 block.easier yet just put the h22 in the car. you really wont gain that much more from a 2.3 displacement only about 15 torqe and 10 hp give or take
