There can be several reasons for this. After checking there is gasoline in the tank and it flows freely to the carburetors, check the battery and its voltage. It should be around 12.6 volts. Change the battery if needed. Check the charging system and all fuses and relays. You should have a 13.5 to 14 volts reading from a meter with the engine running at 3000 RPM, if it is less then the charging system needs to be repaired. In that case, check if the rectifier or regulator is good or not. It may also be the stator is not producing enough current or there may be a wiring problem. There could also be a problem with the carburetors, they may need cleaning and adjustment and this applies to the fuel and air system in general. Check the air filter and clean or change it. Check and change the spark plugs and their wires. Make sure there is enough oil in the crankcase. Check starter motor and starter motor relay. Service manuals will give more detailed information.

The Honda CB 750 is a next generation "smart bike" from Honda. Obviously, the first place to start is the Honda website followed by a trip to the nearest Honda dealer. Your dealer should have full pricing and delivery information as well as being able to facilitate a test ride.
First production motorcycle with a hydraulic disk brake would be the Honda CB 750 in 1969
The CB stands for the maker specifically in this case Carl Bucherer and the 750 is the gold 18 kt
