Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "On" position (not starting the engine), then turn it back to "Off" and remove the key. Repeat this process six times, ending with the key in the "On" position; the hazard lights should flash to indicate programming mode. Finally, press any button on the key fob to complete the programming, and the hazard lights will flash again to confirm successful reprogramming.

what answer!
Get in the car, close and lock all doors. Slide the key in and aout of the ignition 7 times within 10 seconds. ( all ar differtent may have to try a feww times, some work better if you slide the key slowly) . When active the the sidnal lamps will flash on the dash. turn the key to the on position. Push any key on the key fob. If it accepts the key fob the signal lamps will flash. Unlock the doors MANUALLY. The fob will be active. It is kinda tricky takes a bit of practice to get it right.
take your key fob and depress both lock and unlock at the same time . the system will switch back and forth
In a 2013 Nissan Altima, the key fob does not need to be inserted into the ignition like traditional keys. Instead, it features a push-button start system. To start the vehicle, simply have the key fob inside the car and press the brake pedal, then push the "Start/Stop" button on the dashboard.
