Get a narrow funnel and fill in the location you check the level from. Pour in a quart at a time and with your foot on the brake and car running shift the gears from park N, D 1,2,3, etc a few times. Check the level again if you need more add another quart......... Actually this is wrong because you have to check the fluid from the bottom on the back side of the transmission with a special tool. So if you don't have a way of getting under the car or have a special tool to do it with then you won't be able to. You also have to fill the fluid using this same hole.

How do you check transmission fluid level for 2005 suzuki forenza?

Car has to be level on Jacks, and you will need a 8mm square drive to remove the plug. Where the right side axle goes out to the wheel from the transmission you will see a plug that the 8mm square drive will fit. Turn out the plug and fluid should just run out if its full. If none come out put your pinkie finger in the hole and you should get some fluid on your finger, if there is none you need to add fluid through that hole. You will need a suction gun to push fluid into the transmission.
