Pop the hood you'll see two adjustment screws on top of each head light. Do it at night on a level road surface and pull up to a wall so you can see where the headlights are pointed at.
Use the wall as a guide, you don't wan't the headlights to high or too low, on the wall. The del sol can get away with having headlights a little higher than stock since the car is much lower than most of the cars on the road. Just make sure you can see a good distance ahead. Have you change the bulbs to brighter ones? You might also wanna get a plastic lens cleaner/scrub which will buff out milky plastic headlights.

Honda said no more. the del sol replaced the crx which was a great little car. the problem with a del sol from a performance stand point is it is overweight. that is besides the point though.
