Isuzu Trooper was created in 1981.
To replace the clutch on a 1994 Isuzu Trooper, first, disconnect the battery and remove the transmission by unbolting it from the engine and separating it from the transfer case. Next, remove the old clutch assembly, including the pressure plate and flywheel, and clean the mounting surface. Install the new clutch disc and pressure plate, ensuring proper alignment, and then reattach the transmission. Finally, reconnect the battery and test the clutch operation.

On my 1995 it is under the the dash where the clutch would be located. It is chrome colored and has plugin visible. I am certain the 1992 is identical.
To add clutch fluid in a 1992 Isuzu Trooper, locate the clutch master cylinder, which is typically found near the back of the engine bay, next to the brake master cylinder. The clutch master cylinder will have a reservoir with a cap; remove the cap and add the appropriate type of hydraulic fluid, usually DOT 3 or DOT 4 brake fluid. Be careful not to overfill and ensure the cap is securely replaced after adding the fluid.
