If you look at your engine where the intake pipe comes into the engine, Right near the intake pipe ontop of the engine the is this black plug that is really easy to see.... Just pull that off and there is a flat head screw there... Just turn that to your likeing...
Note: Make sure your car is on and warm with out your head lights on and no A/C, this is so you get the peak idle.... Hope This Helps

The 2 cam cogs have 'I' and 'E' stamped on them. To set the cam timing, the left cog has the 'I' lined up with the pointer on the back plate. The right cog has the 'E' lined up with the pointer on the back plate. The crankshaft cog has a timing mark that lines up with a pointer on the back plate. Make sure when you turn the crankshaft to set it up that it will not hit any valves . (plugs out, GENTLY) Mark the belt if it is to be re-used to make sure it is in the same rotation when fitted. Don't put any pressure on the tensioner other than the spring tension. If the belt deflection measured between the two cam cogs is not 8.5 mm to 11.5 mm at about 22lb pressure, then replace the spring. Rotate the crank through 2 revolutions and check timing.
