If your problem is that your wipers are too low, or too high set on the windshield, you have to remove the cover at the base of the wiper arm, remove the nut, then pull up on the blade and take it off then reset it onto the spindle to readjust the height. Trial and error procedure, just check it after you reinstall it by turning on your wipers and seeing if they are set where you need them to be and go down to the desired location after they are turned off again.
