The adjustment screws should be next to ea. bulb. Garages park them 25' from a wall to aim & adjust until they hit a certain spot. You can probably find the procedure specs online for details.

There are usually two adjustment screws for each headlamp. One screw adjusts for vertical height, and the other screw adjusts the beam left or right.

Generally a head light is aimed so that it does not shine into the eyes of oncoming drivers, or into the back window of a car ahead. Measure the distance from the floor to the center of the headlight. Then, at the 25 ft wall, the top of the beam should fall just below a mark at the same height as the headlamp. This aligns the beam at a slightly downward angle. The vehicle should have about half a tank of fuel, and its normal load for the best compromise. If the beam is aimed too low, the visibility of objects ahead will be reduced and could be extremely unsafe. The center of the beam should generally be centered or slightly to the right of center, so as to not shine in the eyes of oncoming traffic.
