possibly a rivet has come out of the window regulator mechanism. on mine there is a 10mm bolt on right hand lock side of the mechanism, which is a fine adjustment for the window travel this is accessed with the door pad removed the 10mm bolt is on an elongated hole and the bolt thread had stripped on mine. i replaced said bolt re-adjusted travel and bingo, hope this helps
