you are going to have to remove the gauge cluster as well as the trim around it. a series of clips will get the trim off plus two screws at the top... four plillpis head screws will take out the cluster... the plastic glass on cluster pops off.. the black gauge trim falls out and there are your bulbs.. i don't know what kind they are.. i took out the one in my ashtray to replace it.

Simply look behind the light (from inside the trunk or under the hood), and you access the bulb from their. turn the backing of the bulb to release it and simply change the bulb. A simple fix.
You have to take the old bulb out to replace it. Just take it out and look and see what size it is.

To change the headlight bulb on a 2013 Honda Civic Si sedan, first, open the hood and locate the back of the headlight assembly. Disconnect the power connector by pressing the tab and pulling it out. Remove the old bulb by turning it counterclockwise, then insert the new bulb by aligning it and turning it clockwise until secure. Finally, reconnect the power connector and close the hood.
