Remove the plastic center console (mine is fake wood grain) that's housing clock/stereo/and heater panel. It's just snapped in there. I pull it via the top heater vents with both hands then move down to the sides. It comes out easy, just pull (that's what she said). No screws at all. Disconnect the plugs on top and bottom once you get it loose enough to reach behind. The little bulbs are in the back (you'll see four little white things with flathead slits) just turn them with a flathead about a 1/4 turn and they'll pop out if you tap on the front. So easy a caveman could do it...or apparently, me.
