FIRST YOU LOOSEN THE BOLT FOR THE ALTENATOR WHICH WILL FREE UP THE BELT CLOSEST TO THE FRONT OF THE CAR. TO REMOVE THE SECOND BELT, THERE IS A BELT TIGHTENING WHEEL THAT YOU NEED TO LOOSEN PUSH DOWN OUT OF THE WAY. THEN THERE IS A LARGE, SOMETIMES SILVER PULLEY THAT YOU HAVE TO LOOSEN AND PULL UP TO REMOVE THE SECOND BELT. THEN DO ALL OF THIS IN REVERSE TO PUT IT ALL BACK TOGETHER.

When we changed the belts on our '94 Grand Voyager the belts made the most awful sqealing noise. We "lubricated the belts with a drop of dawn dish soap and the sqealing went away. You can also try belt dressing. If that doesn't work... the people at Auto Zone are very helpful in explaining how to change the bearings youself.
