How do you change the clock on a 2004 Honda Civic LX?

Whether the radio is powered on or off, just depress the Scan button until the clock display starts blinking. To adjust the Hour, repeatedly push the #4 radio preset button until you reach the desired hour. To adjust the minutes, do the same but with the #5 radio preset button. As you already know, there's is no differentiating between AM or PM on the clock. Hope this helps.
