Most often, the fusable link is more difficult to locate than it is to change. Usually it is an enlarged section of a molded wire. To replace the fusable link, first find a replacment of the same amperage. Then cut the old link out of the wire and splice in the replacment. Most replacment fusable links will have some method of sealing the wire against moisture and corosion, somake sure to follow instructions when you splice in the new link. Also, make sure you have disconnected the battery wile you work on live wires.
