It's pretty simple. Here's a thread that discusses the procedure:

It is very very simple. The "cover wiper arm" is easy to pop off with your fingers. There are two little nubs on the upper and lower "cover wiper arm". Curl your finger under the bottom (think "south") and gently pull down a tiny bit, you'll hear it click. -- That's a little plastic tab keeping it on. Curl your finger on the top of the cover and pull up, you'll hear another click. You can then remove the cover.
Unscrew the nut .. it seems hard to remove until you realize the wiper arm is on a spring, bending the wiper in two parts, which creates tension around the bolt, making it not just lift free. Just bend the wiper at the hinge and it'll lift off the bolt without any problems.
Put in a new insert, put the wiper arm back on the bolt (remember to point the arm to the left) .. put the nut back on the bolt and tighten it up pretty well. Then the cover will snap right back on.
Takes 3 minutes, tops.
See sources and related links for a video on how to snap the wiper blade off the arm once you remove it from the vehicle. There's also information on the rear wiper blade since its very difficult to find them in stock in stores.
You have to remove the rear wiper arm, which is simple. Pop off the cap at the bottom of the wiper arm where it attaches to the spindle. If you wrap your fingers around and under it and pull the edges out it will pop off. Remove the nut and then remove the arm. See sources and related links below to see how to remove the wiper blade from the arm and also for information on the special rear wiper blade that's hard to find in stores.

It's the only fuel we ever use. No problems......
Look under the back of the front passenger seat. For easy access, sit in the back seat and look under the the seat...
