Open the boot, pull back the carpet, undo the 4 screw nuts that are in a square shape, about 8 inches apart. Gentle pull the outside light panel off, twist and pull out the light bulb holder, unscrew the old bulb and replace. Repeat the previous exersize in reverse to put it all back together again. Done.

You have to remove the front headlamps (3 10mm bolts on each after you pop off the plastic shield (don't lose the plastic pop in retainers). The Lexus is a pain to change bulbs but only because you have to pull the lens assy off for the front and the rear to change them. This is not hard but it is a pain
