On the 2002 Sienna the low pressure AC Port is on the passenger side just behind the radiator cap and between the radiator cap and the firewall. This position makes it hard to get any of the cans you can buy at an auto parts store to reach the fitting and still be able to view the gage. Most of the auto parts store charging systems have pretty short hoses. I went to Home Depot and bought a piece of high pressure hose, two brass hose couplers and 4 hose clamps. Extended the hose and I was able to read my gage without needing to be a contortionist.
Good Luck,

It is located on the left side of the engine on the larger line.
The AC belts are probably stretched and loose. I had the same problem and replaced belts and cured squeak.
The AC magnetic clutch relay on a 2003 Toyota Sienna is typically located in the engine compartment fuse box. To access it, open the hood and locate the fuse box near the battery. The relay is usually labeled, so refer to the diagram on the fuse box cover to identify the correct relay for the AC system.

If the AC light is blinking in the Toyota 98 Sienna, it means that something is internally wrong with your AC, it has stopped working, and it is recommended that you take it to the dealer to repair. This is not a very specific answer, but that is exactly what it says in the user manual. I find if I stop, turn off the car and AC for about 15 minutes, then restart, it will work again, until a week later and I have to repeat the process.
let it sit.
Use a flashlight and shine it on the rear left side near the wheel well (of the right front wheel). You will see a cap with an 'L'. (Ref: http://www.2carpros.com/forum/2000-toyota-sienna-where-is-low-pressure-port-to-add-refrig-vt143320.html)
