There is a sensor that is activated when a certain amount of weight is placed on the seat. What you need to do is make a small cut in the direct center of the seat, and about 3 inches under the surface, there is a small square plastic piece with a microchip in it. Pull it out, cut the wire and tape off the remaining piece. This will deactivate that annoying alarm. There is no other way to get this done unless you completely take the seat out of the car and cut in from the underside.
