I have the same problem on a 106 - so this may not work. I 'phoned the service center and you have to reset the stereo before they can pu the code in, and you do it like this: switch on the ignition *but don't start the car* and leave it like that, electrics on, for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. This should re-enable the key code entry. Then you need to take it to the dealer (or someone similar) to get the right code (there are other questions/answers on this).

In the 306 manual it says you should, after the one hour wait, also hold the BND button down for three seconds. This then gives you the chance to enter the correct code.

It does work.
