You replace the light bulb...there must be a shortage in the circuit because of a bulb being blown out...
Often a fast-flashing turn indicator (inside the car) means either the front or rear turn signal bulb is burned out. Check the actual turn signals and see if they are working. If not, just replace the bulb.
I see this a lot on many vehicles it is simply a warning telling you that it is about to burn out. The reason it blinks faster is so that the bulb doesn't too hot for a longer amount of time than it usually does.
