There is a relay to check, but usually not At Fault. Make sure the engine is running (ignition on) then turn the parking lights on with the turn signal stalk. If nothing lights, leave the engine idling, and turn the On Street Marker Lights rocker switch on and off a couple times-- switch located on top of steering column between steering wheel and instrument cluster. If this switch gets stopped/stuck halfway between On and Off, you may not get clearance lights. With this rocker switch tipped towards the steering wheel, you should be able to turn the parking lights on and off from the turn signal stalk. This tipped-towards-the-wheel position is the normal running position.
