If only one sprayer is inoperable - it may have sediment or grit blocking the spray head - remove the hose from the sprayer where it attaches to the underside of the spray nozzle - then take compressed air and (from the windshield side) blow it 'backwards' through the spray head. If neither of the sprayers work, it may be that your spray pump has failed (I have a 2000 CR-V and that's what happened to me - I could hear the little electric motor running but the pump itself had failed). In that case you will have to have it replaced. Good luck.
