To get to world seven you have to beat the big flying flower on the last castle on world 5 , if you can complete it using mini man (the small blue mushroom) you go straight to world 7 , however if you complete it without mini man you just go to world 6 OR.... You can complete the last castle on world 2 with mini man and this will take you to world 4 , if you manage to complete the last castle on world 4 you can get to world 7 that way , whatever suites you best.
