there are a load of screws both the centre arm rest has to be unscrewed at the bottom (sides), take out the rear ashtray, there is also screws along the bottom part of the centre console both by the drivers feet and the passengers, once these screws are undone you can lift up the part where the phone is - when that lifts up theres a few screws underneath on the casing of the console when they are undone remove the ash tray and the whole thing (casing around the sat nav) comes forward, there is only four screws holding in the sat nav, it is likely if you install another it will be locked you will have to get a code for it. Nissan dealers can do this but they are expensive I think, I'm trying to find a workaround for mine as i've just done it myself. Hope that wasn't too confusing =)
