The outside driver and passenger mirrors are held by two bolts that are accessible by removing the plastic cover at the base of the mirror. To remove the cover place a small putty knife between door and the cover and gently pry it off. After removing the cover, you'll see two 12mm bolts(do not remove yet). Next you'll need to remove the inside upper door panel. There are two Phillips screws holding the panel to the door. First screw is at the door latch/lock assembly. The second is locaterd behind a quarter sized plastic cover near the lower middle section of the panel. After removing the screws pry the lower section and then pull up(the lower section of this panel is attached with push clips). Before you can completely remove the panel. disconnect the red and white clips holding the lock and lever rods and the electrical. With the panel removed, peel back the clear pastic sheet near the hinge and there next to the wiring harness, you'll see a small white connector approx. 9 inches below the mirror bracket. Disconnect and now you can remove the two 12mm bolts holding the mirror to the door. Installation is reverse order.

remove the screw that holds the door handle inside get a pry bar and pry the top portion of the panel it will pop open look where the mirror goes you "ll see three screws that hold the mirror to the inside remove them unplug the wire that conects the mirror , install the new one and reverse the presigues,, ok??
on the inside of the door, opposite of the mirror there is a plastic cover, remove the cover and the bolts holding the mirror on will be exposed.

Open the door and remove the little black plastic cover in the corner.. just pry it off carefully.Remove the 3 screws in there while someone outside holds the mirror assembly.Reverse steps to install new mirror.
Shades are easier to install and more effective.
