There is a small clip on underside of mounting block on the end pointing back towards the wiper arm, which when depressed allows you to slide the wiper blade BACK toward the beginning of the wiper arm and thus remove it. Mounting mechanism is a 1/2 inch J-hook type.
It depends on what brand/model wipers you prefer. If you use Bosch evolution, part#4819 and 4826 are the windshield wipers that fit a 2008 Honda accord.

The 2002 Honda Accord takes 24" drivers side and 19" passenger side replacement windshield wiper blades.
Blown fuse or bad wiper motor.
24 inch on the drivers side and 18 inch on the passenger side.
Anyplace that sells wiper blades can tell you. Or, you can just measure them with a tape measure.
You may need to change your windshield wiper fuse in your Honda Accord if your wipers stop working. The fuse is located in the fuse panel box on the driver's side of the car on the left side of the steering wheel. Some are located under the steering wheel.
Most auto supply stores wont have windshield glasses for a particular model. You will have to either got to a place that deals with Honda parts or have a windshield cut to fit the Honda Accord. Then if you have the proper equipment then you will be able to install the windshield yourself.

You could get shorter wipers than what is normally installed on your Accord. The regular length is 24 inches on the driver's side, and 19 inches on the passenger side.
24" on the drivers side an 19" on the passenger side. I recommend the Rain-X Fusion wiper blade. I have them on my 2004 Accord right now and they are excellent blades.
The fuse that controls the windshield wipers on a1997 Honda Civic is found inside the cabin of the car. It is in the fusebox, in slot number 26.
