It depends how it's jammed. Do you ever put anything that might be liquid (such as an empty soda can) in the door pocket? In my SC300, if I do this, sometimes the liquid leaks out onto the bottom door seal and solidifies. The result is a pretty firmly stuck door!
If the driver's side door of your Lexus SC300 won't open from either the inside or outside, it could be due to a few possible issues. Common causes include a broken door latch, a malfunctioning door handle, or a problem with the locking mechanism. Additionally, if the door is locked and the lock mechanism is jammed or stuck, it may prevent the door from opening. Inspecting the door panel for any visible damage or malfunctioning components might help identify the issue.

Try to get to the handle in side of the window or you can try to brake in to the panal and look at whats getting jammed.
take the door panel off and spray some lube on the tracks that worked on mine.
I went to close the side door on my vehicle and it was jammed locked. A gentleman came over and had me pull on the inside handle (as to open it) then he pulled on the outside handle as to open it and it released. Hope this helps silverpenny
Look on the driver's door post.
Replace hinges.
with a crowbar
Hi I have a Lexus es 300 it's a 93 and the button to open the trunk is next to the gas button on the driver door
Listed on the driver's door post.
This happened to both front driver & passenger side door locks on my GS300. Its the Actuator. The part is about $200(?) from Lexus and I believe that was the only place I could get it from. Now my backseat passenger side is going out :(
The gas tank on the Lexus RX 350 is located on the driver's side of the vehicle. To access it, you need to pull the fuel door release lever inside the car, typically found near the driver's seat. Once released, the fuel door can be opened to reveal the gas cap for refueling.
