Honda quad had no vin plate the number is stamped on a plate in front of the steering shaft
On all Honda motorcycles, the data plate is on the neck tube of the front forks assy. My ATV has it facing the front of the bike. If you don't have the data plate, you have to talk to a Honda guru.
A person can remove the front license plate cover on a 1990 Corvette with a screwdriver. The plate can then be replaced with a custom plate or a state plate if required.
There is no restrictor plate on this engine. Speed is controlled by the ECU.

Bit of a fiddle to get to but 1 remove rear pillion seat 2 remove rider seat 3 remove tank 4 remove rh cover plate at front of tank and radiator cap will be revealed (remove with care if hot!!!!)
The Honda Pilot does not come with pre-drilled holes for a front license plate bracket so first you have to drill the holes. Once the holes are drilled then you can use the screws that came with the bracket to secure it into place.
I have a 2002 Honda Rancher 350 and the front skid plate attaches to the brush guard near the bottom. A new one is about $34 for a new one at Motosport.com with about $8 shipping. Hope this helps.
