Take the bumper-cover off first- in this order: wheel-well screw, underneath the chassis screws, then the bumper retainer bar in front of the hood latch. Then crack the bolts in the wheel well which connect the fender to the body. It might be cheaper to get a body shop to repair a fender than a relacement, unless youre going for a wide body thing.

open the hood. on the side of the fender that you want to replace will be a few screws. take them off with a 10mm wrench, then there should be two more bolts on the side of the car by the door.
