Your will have to loosen up the alternator, and take off the alternator belt from around the crankshaft pulley. To get the crankshaft pulley bolt off, you will have to use in impact wrench on it. Should be on the driver side of the car. Also it is a regular threaded bolt. The torque on it from the factory is around 115lb/ft. You will need a 17mm Impact socket and a good impact wrench. It will not break loose easily if there is rust on it like most that are 20 years old. Even with penetrating oil it will not be an easy job. Use care when working with the crankshaft pulley as it is old and will crack easily as well.

Instead of using the head of D13B2, use the head of D15B3 instead , which is the carbed version from the D15B2 so the head should fit perfectly on your D15B2 block, you should get the head of the D15B3 and the manifold and the carb, also note that it has a single carb, not dual.

The fuel injected version of the D15B2 engine should be timed at 18 degrees before top dead center plus or minus 2 degrees. There is a jumper to install in the vehicle on the passenger side, plus some vacume hoses to plug.
