once you remove the screws on the door, lift the door panel straight up and it will come right off. don't forget to take the red reflector light and inside panel of the rear-view mirror off.
light cover on bottom of door remove whit flat screw driver and is a screw on top Ware the controls of the windows are pull the black plastic from the front up and to the front there you will find a second screw . remove the plastic trim on top of the panel on the back of the mirror remove the 2 screws and pull the panel up and away.

Remove all screws in and around door panel and dont forget the one right behind the reflector at the bottom of the door. Gently pull the bottom of the door out and lift up. It should come off feal easy even if it's an old truck.
First remove plastic panel above door to the front, covers for the bolts to the mirror. Remove courtesy light lens, unscrew one screw. Pop out the switches disconnect, remove second screw(IIRC, there should be two anyway, look around if it's not where the switches are.) Then simply lift straight up and it should come off without too much effort.
