Using a blunt putty-knife or a broad blade screwdriver pry out the cargo hook and the lower access panel. Using the putty-knife (or a trim removal tool) working slowly and carefully, prying around the outer edges of the panel to work the panel clips loose until the panel is free. After all the clips are loose carefully lift away the panel - unplug any wire harness connectors and remove the panel.

There is a screw in the liitle cove where the door handle is... unscrew that first and then the rest of the stuff just sorta pops off. becareful and make sure you remember where everything goes. otherwise it wont fit back the same.
