Remove Lower Dash Panel passenger side. Remove glove box. Remove middle dash panel (below glove box). ECU is attached to the back of middle dash panel.

Basically it is behind the glove box. Remove the glove box and the lower dash panel on the passenger side and the ECM should be there.

It is behind the glove box. Remove the glove box (3screws, 1 on the left side and 2on the bottom). Remove the glove box lower frame (4 screws). The blower motor assembly will be on the right hand side under the dash.

You will find it if you remove the lower cover that houses the indicator/wiper stork that is underneath steering wheel, just remove 2 screws and pull covers apart.
Which Year? It's usually behind the lower glove compartment. Undue the clip on the right side of the glove box. Squeeze in the sides of the glove box and remove the box. The filter door is right behind the glove box.

Not sure this is the approved manner but this is how I perform the change. First remove the glove compartment. This involves removing 4 screws from inside the glove compartment. Next remove the lower trim piece ( below the glove compartment), this involves removing the fuse cover and then removing 2 screws. This trim piece should then pull out with a little light pulling. Once this is out remove 3 screws holding the glove compartment in place. Remove the glove compartment. There is a metal trim piece that held the glove compartment in that you remove with a couple of screws. Then remove the filter cover (it snaps right off). Remove and replace the filters. Reverse the procedure to finish.
Remove glove box 4 bolt behind it. remove right and left lower dash panels. Undo 4 clamps 2 in the back 2 under glove box wiggle to break seal. its off
