You need to pull the plastic cover over the visor swing joint straight down.
On each end of the oval cover there is a small groove to allow you to insert
a tool with a 90 degree bend into to grab both ends at the same time.
Once this piece is pulled down and removed the spring clips holding the visor on are unlocked. Just pull the visor out of the connector housing.
