Well, honey, removing the back seat of a 1990 Toyota Celica is as easy as pie. Just locate the bolts or clips holding it in place, grab your tools, and get to work. Once you unscrew or unclip them, give that seat a good tug and watch it come right out. Just be sure to handle it with care, we don't need any unnecessary drama now, do we?

remove back seat, remove screws bottom and top of panel, remove panel. remove 3 bolts and motor arm, window and regulator will pull out.
You can get to it by removing the bottom of your back passenger seat, from there it should be quite simple. The transmission dipstick on a 1986 Toyota Celica is toward the back of the engine compartment on the passenger side of the motor. It is behind the air intake hose.

Good news, Toyota was thoughtful when they installed an access pannel under the back seat. Remove the back seat, unscrew access pannel (6 to 8 Phillips head screws) WALA!! JIm
It is located under the back seat. You have to remove the seat and there is an access panel to get to the fuel pump. Also google it on youtube there is a video on how to locate and remove fuel pump.
