Here is the answer to the best of my knowledge. This applies to any body that has the need to get the code from the dealership and requires to pull out the radio and look up the serial number. The process is very simple, just follow these steps and you'll be on your way to listening to your radio again. First of all don't think you need to unscrew anything. The wood panel sorounding your stereo snaps out by pulling on it or using a flat screw driver at the corners. Once you have taken the panel out, you can see that the radio is held in by 2 hooks. Push up and pull forward slightly. You don't have to pull out the entire radio because you can see the serial number on the top surface very easyly. Write down the number next to where it reads s/n. Once you have the serial number, call the local dealership and give them your serial number. They will in turn give you a four digit code number that you will enter on your radio. One thing to note is that if you have entered the wrong code number 3 times, your radio would lock up and it would read "OFF". To unlock it, simply park your veichle in a safe place and leave the radio on for about 1 hour (no engine running just click the egnition switch to operate the radio). After one hour, the radio resetes and will aks you again to enter the code. start entering one number at a time using the first 4 buttons. Example, if your code is 4538, you would push button 1 four times to get to the number 4, you would push button 2 five times to get to the number five and so on.. After you have entered the correct code, push the CD button and there you have it.

I have replaced the battery in my 2001 Galant V-6 twice now, and I never had to remove the radio to find the serial number, to re-program the radio. You should have received an "ID" card with your manual/paperwork, that included a code for re-programming your radio, once the power source has been cut. Instructions for this are in the manual. It's easy, if you have the code. The card itself is red, with white lettering.
The serial number f13031184 indicates that the Mitsubishi forklift was manufactured in 2013. The specific model can be identified by cross-referencing the serial number with Mitsubishi's production records or contacting a Mitsubishi dealer, as the serial number alone does not provide the model information directly.
Remove your radio, get the serial number and call the dealership, they won't charge for the code they usually charge to remove the CD player to find the serial number.
The Mitsubishi motor serial number 4D33B44714 indicates that it is part of the 4D33 engine series. Typically, the first part of the serial number can provide information about the year of manufacturing, but specific year information isn't directly derivable from the serial number alone. To determine the year of a Mitsubishi forklift model 4M15A43, you typically need to check the serial number, as the model designation alone does not specify the year of manufacture. Mitsubishi forklifts often have a serial number plate located on the frame, which can provide the production date. If you have the serial number, you can contact a Mitsubishi dealer or refer to their resources for precise dating.
Mitsubishi forklift serial numbers can often be decoded to determine the manufacturing year. In the case of the serial number AF82B-04313, the "AF82" indicates that the forklift was manufactured in 1982. For precise confirmation, it's always best to consult Mitsubishi's official documentation or contact a dealer with the serial number.
