this is pretty simple. and the same for all generation 1 Solaras as far as i know.

pop the hood

look behind the headlight housing.

you should see wires leading up to a rubber seating. simply turn this counter clockwise and the headlight bulb should come right out. swap the bulbs and CAREFULLY place the bulb back in the housing.
