To replace the third brake light on a 2007 Toyota Avalon, first, open the trunk and locate the plastic cover that conceals the brake light assembly. To replace your brake light, you need to unscrew the brake cover from the inside of the trunk. Then you will be able to pull the old bulb out and replace it.
The lamp in the top brake light of a Toyota Highlander can be replaced by the locating the light housing from the trunk. Find the light cover and remove it to access the lights. Replace the bulbs.
