You will need wheel chocs, jack, jack stand, philips screw driver No.2, 8 mm socket/wrench, 21mm to remove wheel. Begin by chocing your wheels (use a brick or big rock if needed) front and back opposite to the side you are working on. Loosen, but DO NOT remove your lug nuts on the side with the burned out bulb, jack wheel off ground by two to three inches. Place jack stand securely under vehicle near where the rear of the lower control arm attaches to the body. Remove the wheel, remove the lower portion of the inner wheel well. Three front screws UNDER front of vehicle plus two plastic clips. Leave the three screws used to attach mud flap to wheel well cover intact. 6-7 plastic clips inside the wheel well including the row just above the seam. To remove plastic clips hold outer ring firmly and carefully turn the ceter portion with the number 2 philips (stuby works well). Now remove wheel well cover twist the bulb balast remove from housing. Replace bulb, installation is reverse of removal. Be sure to check your lug nuts after 50km.
